Central Lutheran Church offers many activities to involve youth in the joy of life in our Lord Jesus Christ:

Youth Group

The Youth Group is a structured opportunity for young Christians to gather for fun, fellowship, learning and service. Its purpose is to provide support and nurture for the faith and life of our youth. The youth are a vital part of this congregation and of Christ's Church on earth.

The Youth Group is open to all youth of the congregation from grades 4 to 12. Different age groups meet on different Sundays each month during the year. Additionally, "mystery" night gatherings are held for all ages each Wednesday evening during the summer. Occassional special trips are planned that take the youth outside the local area.

The Main Event

The main event brings families and youth of all ages to the church. Our general schedule is 4th - 6th Grades meeting first Sundays, Jr High meeting second Sundays, and Sr High meeting third Sundays of each month.

Summer Mission Trip

The summer work camp involves the youth in practical application of their Christian love for others. Our youth join with similar groups from all over the country to perform community service activities. This year, our youth traveled to New Orleans to help with Hurricane Katrina Reconstruction.
