Stewardship Mission:

To identify and develop the God-given gifts of this congregation so that we may maintain and develop our ministry.
God’s work. Our hands and hearts.  God’s gifts.
Our time and talents.

General Fund.

On-going fund into which pledges are deposited.  These funds are used to operate the church facility and pay the staff and take care of all routine financial matters of our church life.  The General Fund also supports all of our ministry programs, such as music, outreach and others. We offer pledges each November in conjunction with our Thanks For the Giving luncheon.  These financial pledges allow the Church Council to have a general idea of what sort of operating budget they may plan.  These pledges are kept totally confidential and may be changed without notice.  There are Offering Envelopes available for use in submitting pledges on a weekly basis.  This also helps those who manage our budget.  Check General on the front of the envelope.  Make checks payable to Central Lutheran Church and specify “General Fund” on the memo line.  Questions?  See Bob Jutton, Council President or Amy Brown or Janis Farrow, co-Treasurers.

Building Fund.

Special need fund created to retire a building loan taken out to do major renovation and repair work to our Central Church home in 2003.  Make checks payable to Central Lutheran Church and specify “Building Fund” on the memo line.. Check “Building Fund” on the front of the envelope.  Questions?  See Bob Jutton, Council President or Amy Brown or Janis Farrow, co-Treasurers.

Memorial Fund.

On-going fund to which monies are donated in memory of loved ones.  These may be donated for use in a specific area or donated as a gift to the Memorial Fund-General.  When special needs arise, a committee comprised of John Swenson, Maxine Smith, Anne Monson give direction of the use of General Memorial Funds.  Make checks payable to Central Lutheran Church and specify “Memorial Fund—General” or “Memorial Fund-name a specific use” on the memo line.  Mail to the church office or place in the collection plate.  Questions?  See Maxine Smith, John Swenson or Anne Monson.
