1. Download and print out the order form (requires Adobe Acrobat reader).
    
2. Enjoy browsing through the photographs online. Click on any photograph to view a larger one. Write down the proof number of the photographs that you want to order on the order form, along with the number of copies, and indicate the size (either 4x6 for $5.00 or 5x7 for $7.50).
    
3. To order photographs to be sent as gifts, please complete a separate form for each recipient.
    
4. Mail the completed forms, along with a check for the amount due payable to Central Lutheran Church, to:

5. Photographs will be mailed to you 4-5 weeks after we receive your order.

Proceeds from the sale of photographs will go to Central Lutheran Church programs.
